Newtown Choral Society ®
The Newtown Choral Society is a non-audition community chorus. We're based in Newtown, CT, but many of our members come from surrounding towns. We welcome singers of all ages (high school on up), in all voices (SATB), and all abilities. Some of our members are trained vocalists, some of us simply like to sing choral music in a collegial, friendly environment.
We meet for rehearsal each Wednesday, 7pm at Newtown's Congregational Church. Rehearsals for our December holiday concert start in September, rehearsals for our spring concert commence in January. In addition to these two concerts, NCS is also available to perform at community events.

Our spring concert celebrates the evolution of American popular music in jazz clubs, opera houses and on Broadway stages
Rehearsals start on January 28, 7pm in the sanctuary of Newtown's Congregational Church.
New members are welcome--no auditions required.
